INVITATION TO TENDER
Partnership for a HIV Free Generation (HFG) is a local NGO working closely with local communities, implementing partners, Government of Kenya and public-private partners at county and national level. The mission of the organization is to inspire and empower Kenyan youth to live healthy and productive lives through evidence informed interventions and partnerships.
Partnership for a HIV-Free Generation invites sealed tenders from Lenovo Certified Dealers to supply of:
- TENDER NO. HFG/PRO/T/1/2023: Plastic chairs [2100 pcs] (See Tender Documents for more details).
- TENDER NO. HFG/PRO/T/2/2023: Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5, Core i7, 512GB SSD, RAM 16 GB, 14″ laptops [21 pcs]. (See Tender Documents for more details).
The closing date for receiving sealed tender forms: August 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm
Submitted bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the tender opening.
